You will need an issued A16 permit before this option appears. You also need to send an invitation to the person receiving the waste.
Step one: Log in
Log in to the EPA portal.
Step two: Create a waste record
Select 'Create a waste record' under the 'Transport waste' heading.
Step three: Supplying waste under an A16 permit
Select 'Yes' when asked ‘Are you supplying the waste under an A16 permit?’.
Select the appropriate A16 permit number from the drop-down.
Check the information and select 'Save and next'.
Step four: Waste details
Complete the required fields on the waste details page.
Select whether the waste is dangerous goods and enter the details.

Step five: Pickup address
Enter the pickup address in the search field or select the location from the map.
Include any additional information about the pick-up address if required.
Check that you have entered the correct information and select 'Save and next'.
Step six: Select your transporter and receiver from the list
Select the magnifying glass to open the receiver list. This list displays the entities and sites from all your confirmed A16 site receivers. Select the receiving entity and site the waste is heading to.
The proposed permission site will populate based on your selection.
Change the receiving site if a different receiver accepts the waste.
Check that the information is correct and select 'Save and next'.
Step seven: Review and confirm details
On the review screen, check all the information you entered. Select 'Create a new record' button to create the waste record.
A confirmation screen will appear showing the new waste record ID.
