Find out our fees for 2023–24, how we calculate fees and how to pay. Includes licences, permits, registrations and other approvals.
About EPA fees
Business and industry must pay fees for:
- development licences
- operating licences
- pilot project licences
- permits
- registrations
- other purposes.
You may also need to pay waste levies.
There are fees for vehicle noise tests and freedom of information (FOI) requests.
Fees are described in units. The Treasurer of Victoria sets fee units each financial year.
Charges for most EPA permissions and approvals comply with the Environment Protection Regulations 2021.
How to pay
Application fees do not include GST.
By credit card
