Complain about an EPA authorised officer

A complaint against an authorised officer is a serious issue. All authorised officer complaints must be submitted in writing.

How to submit a complaint

The authorised officer complaint form can be submitted to EPA by either of these means:

completing an online application using the form below. If you have supporting documents, please email them to authorisedofficercomplaints@epa.vic.gov.au, using the given name and surname you enter in Section 1 as the email subject
calling EPA’s Customer Service Support Team on 1300 372 842 (1300 EPA VIC) for a hard copy of the form. Hardcopy forms can be scanned and sent by email to authorisedofficercomplaints@epa.vic.gov.au or posted to the Manager, Regulatory Capability and Improvement at EPA.
