Some of the existing offences for litter and unlawful disposal of waste are now included in the Regulations. Also included are escalating offences for larger volumes of unlawfully deposited waste.
EPA and other litter enforcement authorities enforce all litter offences. Other authorities include local councils, Victoria Police and Parks Victoria.
