Step one: Log in

Log in to the EPA portal mobile app. 

Step two: Navigate to your profile

Click on the person icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen to open your profile. 

Step three: Save vehicle details

Click 'update saved vehicle'. Enter your vehicle details in your profile.

Note: The vehicle details screen will also pop-up  the first time you log into the app each day. 

Enter your vehicle details into the fields. You can save one vehicle and up to two trailers.

Click 'update vehicle details' to save the details in your profile. You can update these vehicle details at any time.

You have now saved the vehicle details in your profile. You can now load these details into waste records.

Step four: Entering saved vehicle details into a waste record

Open waste record and click 'enter vehicle details'.

Click 'load saved vehicle'. The vehicle details saved in your profile will populate into the waste record.

 

Tip: 'update saved vehicle' displays if you have no vehicle details in your profile. The button will take you to your profile to save vehicle details.

Once you have added the vehicle details click 'update vehicle details'. Your saved vehicle details have now been added to the waste record.
