This Protocol for Environmental Management (PEM) was an incorporated document of the State environment protection policy (Air Quality Management), which no longer has a formal legal role. The PEM may contribute to the state of knowledge. 

The Guideline for minimising greenhouse gas emissions (EPA publication 2048) provides updated guidance to help businesses minimise risks of harm from greenhouse gas emissions and meet their responsibilities under the Environment Protection Act 2017 and general environmental duty.
