Convicted and ordered pursuant to s.67AC:

1. To carry out specific projects for the public benefit by paying, within 30 days of the date of the court order, $20,000 to the Truganina Explosives Reserve Preservation Society (“the payment”).
2. Provide the Informant with proof of the payment within 45 days of this court order.
3. The payment is to be made for the purpose of undertaking the following project (“the project”):
a) Truganina Explosives Reserve Preservation Society – Planting of native sedge in the south east corner of the Truganina Explosives Reserve at the mouth of Laverton Creek.  The site is currently degraded native bushland.  The planting will provide habitat for the endangered native Altona Skipper Butterfly.  The money will fund site preparation, plant stock, stakes, guards and aftercare. 
4. The Defendant is prohibited from referring to this payment without reference to these proceedings.
5. To publish a notice in relation to the proceedings.
6. The notice must:
a) be in the wording specified in clause 9 below and must not be supplemented by additional text,
b) be published within 30 days of the date of this court order,
c) be published in the Early General News section of the following newspapers:
i) The local paper – The Mail
ii) The local paper – The Hobsons Bay Times
iii) The Age
iv) The Herald Sun
v) The Financial Review,
d) be a minimum size of 12cm by 3 columns and all of the text to be in the font “Verdana” or equivalent of a font size of at lease 10 point,
e) contain the Defendant’s corporate logo.
7. The Defendant must provide the Informant with a copy of each publicised notice within 14 days of the date of the notice appearing.

9. The Defendant is ordered to notify its shareholders of the offence, its consequences and the penalty and orders imposed by this court by publishing the notice, in the terms, style, size and format set out in clause 6 above in its Annual Report for the 2004-2005 financial year.
10. The Defendant must provide the Informant with proof of the publication of the notice in accordance with clause 9 within 30 days of the publication of the Annual Report.

Also ordered, pursuant to s.86(1) of the Sentencing Act 1991 to pay Lynette Dawn Miller the sum of $235 being for damage caused to her personal property.
