1. Failed to comply with improvement notice at Newport on 25 January 2022, contrary to s.286(1).

3. Failed to comply with Prohibition notice at Newport on 09 November 2022, contrary to s.287(1).

4. Failed to comply with Information Gathering notice at Newport on 29 November 2022, contrary to s.255(2).

6. Failed to comply with Improvement Notice at Brooklyn on 31 May 2022, contrary to s.286(1).

Limbourne Group occupies premises at 69 Bunting Road, Brooklyn. Limbourne Group’s activities at these premises have resulted in the accumulation and storage of stockpiles of combustible waste and recyclable materials. Limbourne Group was issued various notices by EPA from late 2021 through 2022, including improvement notices to develop fire risk and emergency management plans, a prohibition notice to cease accepting waste, an information gathering notice, and a further improvement notice relating to waste storage. None of the notices were complied with.
