The purpose of this advertisement is to provide notice of the creation of a charge in favour of the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) under each of section 62(3) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 (Vic) and section 298(1) of the Environment Protection Act 2017 (Vic).

The land on which the charge is to be imposed is the land at 300-400 Broderick Road, Lara, Victoria 3212, as comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 10365 Folio 535 and Certificate of Title Volume 10365 Folio 536 (Land).

The amount in respect of which the Charge over the Land is to be imposed is $74,291,854.
