Without conviction, ordered pursuant to s.67AC of the Act:
1. To carry out a specified project as detailed below for the public benefit by paying the sum of $30,000 by 16 February 2007, to Friends of Stony Creek Inc.
2. The payment must be solely used for the purpose of undertaking the following project:
Pathway, signage and seating for visitors to the Hyde Street Reserve, Yarraville.
The purpose of this project is environmental restoration work and public education initiatives at Hyde Street Reserve, Yarraville.
The project will benefit Hyde Street Reserve through the planting of native flora, which will in turn attract native birds and animals. This will result in the reserve being developed into a large recreational park, with information signs informing the public of the history of the site and its native flora and fauna.
The project will involve Friends of Stony Creek Inc and the Maribyrnong City Council.
3. Within 14 days of the payment, the Defendant must provide the Informant with proof of the payment made to the Friends of Stony Creek Inc.
4. The Defendant is prohibited from referring to any payment as referred to without reference to these proceedings.
